Arion is a consultancy and a regulatory hosting provider, formed as a direct response to ever increasing challenges in the industry. We consult on, develop and implement, where necessary, compliance solutions that enable our clients to promote their investment products across various regulatory environments. Focused on fund managers and third-party distributers, our aim is to simplify and improve the way our clients conduct regulated promotional activities across borders and within a variety of regulatory frameworks.
We stand for an individual consulting approach, our tailor-made solutions are designed to be simple to implement and understand, easy to adhere to and cost efficient to operate while remaining fully compliant with the local regulatory environment.
Based in Portugal, our network consists of a number of high-quality service providers across the EU and in the UK, who have been selected for their expertise, reputation and efficiency. Currently we are able to offer our client’s access to UK, EU, Swiss as well as UAE and Qatar investors.
